Reservations
Stays
of one night require advance payment. Longer than one night require a deposit
equal to 1/2 the cost of the entire stay.
Deposits
Must
be received no more than one week after reservation is confirmed by phone or e-mail
to guarantee the room. Payment
We
accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express cards or cash. Cancellation
We
are a small inn not a hotel. Unlike hotels we do not over book rooms expecting
cancellations and "no-shows". Therefore we cannot refund deposits less than 7
days in advance. If a cancellation is received at least 7 days in advance the
deposit minus $10.00 charge per room night. |
